Recruitment procedure Geseidl

1. Choose one of the open positions;
2. Write the email according to the trade correspondence rules. A plus are candidates who write grammatically!
3. Attach your CV to your email, preferably in European format;
4. Send the email and wait for a call.
5. If you do not have an email you can send your CV by fax!
6. We check the emails received for hiring daily, so within three weeks, if you have not received an answer you can consider that you have not been selected.
7. Geseidl treats all candidates with equal chances, so other forms of recruitment approach are not accepted!
8. The first interview at Geseidl consists of a free discussion with one / several recruiters; which may be followed by a computer test in several fields related to the post (eg Accounting, Payroll, IT, English, English). Testing takes up to 120 minutes.

Geseidl Start Plus program

The Geseidl Group launched in 2014 the program "GeseidlStartPlus", a program for graduate students of economic faculties who want to start and develop a career in accounting, audit, payroll or business in Ploiesti.

With the support of Petrol-Gaze University in Ploiesti and CECCAR Prahova, the program continues for the new graduates interested in this program. For graduates it is a chance, and for us it is a joy to help them and to contribute to the development of the region.
